Yoga means “to unite” and during her classes Sara focuses on creating a safe space where everybody can experience profound healing through yoga, both on a physical and mental level.

The ultimate aim is to attain this union with the eternal self, helped through mental and physical exercise.

Sara encourages her students to enjoy the many benefits of Yoga, including the opportunity to relax the body and mind, to reduce stress, to be present in this moment, to enjoy the gift of life…and to have some fun!
